The new
Marmotta 2010 TRONIC has been equipped with a

Marmotta 2010 TRONIC mixing pump allows to mix and pump cement mortars with a maximum grain size of 3 mm continuously and without problems. It also permits to spray mortar with an air compressor. It is powered by only one motor. Dry mortar or cement are put into the hopper and transported through the worm conveyor into the mixing chamber, in which the water flows continuously in order to obtain cement mix. Then, the latter is pumped through the patent pump which permits the working pressure of 80 bar and the maximum transport distance of 100 m. The flow rate may vary depending on the pump bodies installed (from MP2 model to MP13 model).

In 2010 we have introduced the new Marmotta 2010 mixing pump, which is available also with a hydraulic motor. The version powered by a hydraulic motor has been fitted with a rechargeable battery, allowing to find out immediately the causes of potential machine arrestments with the use of switchboard indicating lamps. There are also some devices that protect the machine and its operator: the grating presence sen-sor, the water pressure sensor, the emergency switch off.
Every time when the breakdown occurs, the ma-chine stops and simultaneously the indicating lamp turns on. In this way you can avoid a waste of time. The new Marmotta 2010 permits also the reversal of rotation when of pump body blocks. We have also increased the hopper load capacity and we have in-stalled the new wheels which allow a better move-ment on muddy grounds. As opposed to competing models, Marmotta mixing pump is fitted with a digital liter counter, which shows the water quantity in ce-ment mix and allows to have the mix quality under
control
