SINGLE-PHASE JET GROUTING SYSTEM

Using the self-drilling technique and injecting grout slurry while drilling with the pressure between 30 and 60 bar allows to obtain the soil-crete column, which effective diameter is almost always twice as big as the diameter of a drill hole.

If you want to increase the column diameter without the necessity of using drilling tools of bigger diameter, which would increase the costs of material and reduce the drilling speed, it is possible to increase the grout slurry  pressure. The latter is conveyed through appropriate nozzles and can reach the pressure of 200/400 bar. The process allows to create the columns of 300 to 600 mm diameter, which depends on the soil type and other conditions.

The single-phase jet grouting system technique permits to drill and create the soil-crete column at the same time. What is more, self-drilling anchors are left in the soil, positioned exactly in the centre of the column and creating steel reinforcement.

-          Self-drilling anchors constitute the soil steel reinforcement as soon as the drilling is finished. It makes it possible to avoid re-drilling in order to put the reinforcement.

-          Self-drilling anchors are continuously threaded, guaranteeing the optimal adherence between cement and steel. They are made of steel with a high yield point (950 N/mmq), resistant to stresses derived from drilling and applied load.

All our self-drilling anchors can reach the working pressure of 200 bar without any mechanical changes but simply with the use of insulating tape on threads.

In order to increase the pressure till to 400 bar, you must use appropriate gaskets.
